The role in detail

The role encompasses the following:

  • Shadowing the key members of the Client Management team and learning how to, for example: write briefs and present to the relevant team; participate in creative reviews (having a voice); plan and develop a project appropriately
  • Supporting the Client Management team in an administrative capacity, including: working with them to draw up quotes and manage budgets; diary management and team coordination; planning of timelines and schedules; helping with research to support Strategy, Futures and Design as required; working with clients and internal teams to ensure that all information and required materials are provided in a timely manner and in the correct formats

  • Becoming client-facing in time (in calls and face-to-face meetings as and when appropriate)

If you can prove yourself as a capable and proactive individual, you will be given more responsibilities more quickly. The above outline is not exhaustive and there will often be additional requests from the team or clients that you will be expected to carry out.

We ask that our Client Management interns commit to a three-month internship and we pay a daily living allowance. There is no guarantee of a permanent role with us at the end of your internship.
