This is

An internship within our Realisation team.


We need you to

Provide support to the Realisation team, learning and practicing effective and organised Realisation management on a variety of projects.


This is a key role requiring the highest level of

Communication skills / Organisation / Attention to detail / Energy


You will show us that you have

Some understanding of print and production processes.

Energy, pragmatism, intelligence and a passion for design and brand-building.

An exceptional eye for detail.

Natural communication skills and a common-sense approach married with intelligence, expertise and initiative.

A willingness and hunger to learn, as the technical aspect of this role is ever evolving.


You will definitely need to be

Confident, articulate, happy to take direction, and eager to build a career in Realisation.


The bare minimum we need from you is

A degree in a relevant field or work experience within a print environment.

Expert written and spoken English.


And the technical skills we’d appreciate are




Adobe CC (nice to have)


The role in detail 

As an intern, you can expect exposure to all facets of a global design agency within the discipline of Realisation and including liaison with Client Management, Strategy, Futures and Design.

You will work closely with and at the direction of the Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM)/Head of Realisation, learning how to, for example:

  • Manage and track job status reports
  • Contact suppliers to obtain cutter guides and print specifications and update status as necessary
  • Prepare, cost and fulfill mock up requests in a timely manner.
  • Be responsible for the compilation of all SKU lists for Realisation deliverables.
  • Assist in compiling presentations for key projects as directed.
  • Research project information as requested by the Realisation team and/or client.

You will shadow as required during client meetings and conference calls.

You will be expected to quickly work independently, under guidance, on all of the above on day-to-day projects.

You will also be expected to cover concierge duties during lunchtimes/absence from time to time (shared with other members of the team as needed). This will give you an opportunity to meet and greet internal and external personnel and to become more familiar with the day-to-day running of a busy agency.


Review process

Your position will be reviewed every 3-4 weeks. This will give us and you the opportunity to ensure that you are fulfilling the role to our expectations and that the role is developing for you in the correct way.



The level of involvement and active input that you will handle, and the associated timeline, is very much in your hands. If you can prove yourself as a capable and proactive individual, you will be given more responsibilities more quickly.
